On March 21, 2015, I will be co-teaching a class on Urban Food Forests: Designing and Creating Resilient, Tree-Based Plant Communities with my colleague, Jeremy Watts. A hands-on workshop, it will cover permaculture design principles, selection of appropriate trees and support species, water conservation and drought-resistant species, fruit tree care, and grafting, and many more concepts and practical guidelines to help you build your urban food forest!
